Born and raised in Italy’s Piedmont region, his career has spanned continents and acclaimed kitchens, including Mirazur (France), The Ledbury (England), Antica Corona Reale (Italy), and New York institutions Del Posto, Jungsik, and César. After losing his father to alcohol-related illness in 2024, Roberto set out to create C*ZZIMMA: a non-alcoholic aperitivo that honors the joy of connection, without compromise.
Simone is the creative force behind C*ZZIMMA. With over a decade of experience in branding, marketing, and business development, she is dedicated to building and supporting purpose-driven brands. An award-winning advocate for equity and inclusion, Simone brings a soulful, strategic approach to every project she touches. Inspired by her own experiences supporting loved ones through addiction, she hopes C*ZZIMMA will help consumers proudly reclaim bold and authentic celebration, on their own terms.
